By using the personalized matchmaking service provided by BZ (Begum Zaheer) Marriage Bureau and Rishta Service ("BZ", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "Candidate", or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.
1. Eligibility
To register for our services, candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of their jurisdiction. Our standard education preference for registration is a graduate-level qualification; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All candidates are required to undergo a thorough in-person or virtual interview so that we may collect the additional personal, familial, and preference-based information necessary for accurate matchmaking.
2. Service Description and Membership Timeline
Our service is designed to connect individuals seeking marriage by evaluating compatibility based on the criteria and preferences provided by candidates at the time of registration. Membership is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of registration. Any extension of membership beyond this period will be considered upon request, subject to a review of the candidate's file and discussion with our team regarding continued suitability within the current matchmaking pool. Where market-driven compatibility adjustments are required (for example, revised preferences due to limited matches), an additional fee may apply, which will be communicated to the client in advance.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership. Any misrepresentation, omission, or falsification of information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of service, without entitlement to a refund.
4. Privacy and Data Security
We take client privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and throughout the matchmaking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse; however, no method of data storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5. Matching Process and Duration
While we make every effort to identify compatible matches based on the information and preferences provided, we cannot guarantee a successful or timely match. Compatibility is inherently subjective, and outcomes may vary depending on individual expectations, family and societal considerations, and market availability. The time required to finalize a rishta may also be influenced by a candidate's personality, flexibility, and openness during the matching process.
6. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to engage with BZ staff, representatives, and fellow candidates with respect and courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or any other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, the membership of any client found in violation of this Code of Conduct.
7. Fees and Payments
Access to our Premium Service requires payment of a membership fee. Registration fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable. A 5% sales tax, as mandated by the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), applies to all membership fees, and clients are responsible for the payment of any such applicable taxes. Membership is valid for a period of six (6) months and may be renewed thereafter through a formal re-registration process.
8. Termination
Clients may request termination of their membership at any time by notifying us in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any client's account, without prior notice, in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or our Code of Conduct.
9. Intellectual Property
All content made available through our service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, profile formats, and website material — is the intellectual property of BZ Marriage Bureau and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No visitor, client, or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use such content without our prior written authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
BZ Marriage Bureau shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to unsuccessful matches, relationship outcomes, or emotional distress. Clients are strongly advised to conduct their own independent inquiries and due diligence prior to finalizing any marriage decision.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through our website or registered contact details. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
