Our Founder – Begum Zaheer
BZ Marriage Bureau was founded by Begum Zaheer , a highly respected and renowned matchmaker from Karachi, Pakistan. With a distinguished career spanning over 35 years — from 1985 to 2020 — she dedicated her life to bringing families together through meaningful, halal unions. Her work resulted in countless successful marriages across Pakistan and beyond.
Despite her remarkable reputation, Begum Zaheer remained a humble and private individual throughout her career. She consistently declined invitations from media outlets and news channels, choosing sincerity over fame. Today, at approximately 80 years of age, she lives in retirement — Alhamdulillah — having left behind a legacy that continues to transform lives.
Our Current CEO – Muhammad Usman
Carrying forward Begum Zaheer's vision is her grandson, Muhammad Usman, who currently serves as CEO of BZ Marriage Bureau. He is a highly educated professional with deep expertise in both matchmaking and modern technology. A proud Shariah-compliant matchmaker, he has facilitated over 1,000 successful marriages for clients across Karachi, the Middle East, and Western countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Muhammad Usman began his journey at BZ as Digital Marketing Manager in 2019 and was appointed CEO in 2022 — a position entrusted to him directly by Begum Zaheer herself. Under his leadership, BZ Marriage Bureau has grown into one of Pakistan's leading Shariah-compliant matchmaking services, known for its personalized approach, strict client privacy, and affordable fee structure.
He has always maintained a firm stance against impersonal, platform-based matchmaking. Rather than relying on social media searches or matrimonial apps, he built a trusted, private network of trained matchmakers who operate with professionalism and confidentiality. Through ongoing training and community development, this network has helped thousands of families inside Karachi and across the globe find compatible, righteous partners.
