Begum Zaheer – The Founder
BZ Marriage Bureau was founded by Begum Zaheer , a highly respected and renowned matchmaker from Karachi, Pakistan. Over a distinguished 35-year career spanning 1985 to 2020, she dedicated her life to bringing families together through meaningful, halal unions, resulting in countless successful marriages across Pakistan and beyond.
Despite her remarkable reputation, Begum Zaheer remained a humble and private individual throughout her career, consistently declining media attention in favor of sincerity over recognition. Today, at approximately 80 years of age, she lives in retirement — Alhamdulillah — having left behind a legacy that continues to transform lives.
Muhammad Usman – The CEO
Carrying forward Begum Zaheer's vision is her grandson, Muhammad Usman, who now serves as CEO of BZ Marriage Bureau. A highly educated professional with deep expertise in both matchmaking and modern technology, he is a proud Shariah-compliant matchmaker who has facilitated over 5,000 successful marriages for clients across Karachi, the Middle East, and Western countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Muhammad Usman joined BZ as Digital Marketing Manager in 2019 and was appointed CEO in 2022, a role entrusted to him directly by Begum Zaheer. Under his leadership, BZ Marriage Bureau has grown into one of Pakistan's leading Shariah-compliant matchmaking services, recognized for its personalized approach, strict client confidentiality, and affordable fee structure.
He has consistently championed a values-driven alternative to impersonal, platform-based matchmaking. Rather than relying on social media or matrimonial apps, he built a trusted, private network of trained matchmakers operating with professionalism and discretion. Through ongoing training and community development, this network has helped thousands of families — both within Karachi and around the world — find compatible, righteous life partners.
